[ It's not like Viktor would accept something given directly as a gift. He doesn't just jump to breaking in, promise. Usually.

Maybe he feels a smidge guilty for adding to a rough day; he is sympathetic to the comfort of familiarity.

Still. He's right and good bedding is great. And he'd read Viktor correctly that he wasn't going to be upset so much as flustered. ]
